The Palmetto Bluff Turkey Trot features a main run and a kid’s fun run around Village Square, with all registration proceeds supporting Memory Matters, a non-profit for individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's and related dementias. The event includes pre-race activities for children, on-course electrolytes, and post-race refreshments. Strollers and dogs are welcome. Awards are given to top overall finishers, age group winners, and the fastest dogs. The race starts in front of the River House in Wilson Village and follows a scenic route through Palmetto Bluff.
