The "Run Turkey Run" is an annual event at England-Idlewild Park in Burlington, KY, featuring both a run and walk. Organized by Burlington Baptist Church, the event supports Burlington Student Mission Projects and encourages participants to bring non-perishable food donations for Saving Grace Food Pantry. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers, with finisher medals for the first 250 participants. The event uses chip timing, and results are posted online. All registration is conducted online, and T-shirts are available for purchase while supplies last. No refunds are offered.
