The Lights & Sirens 5K is a community race supporting the mental health of local emergency service personnel. Hosted in partnership with the Alexander Central High School Cross Country Team, the event brings together runners, families, and first responders. Participants are invited to run or walk in honor of EMTs, firefighters, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, and other frontline heroes who serve the community. The event welcomes all ages and fitness levels.
