The event is an endurance race that starts and ends at Owen's Park, adjacent to Williamstown High School. It is open to participants of all ages and encourages family participation, with free entry for children 14 and under when accompanied by an adult. Awards are given to the top three overall female and male finishers. The race is organized and professionally timed by JLD Event Management and Timing, and results are made available online.
