The Rescue Run is held at Norris-Penrose Events Center and Bear Creek Park East in Colorado Springs, returning to its original location after previous events at Palmer Park and a virtual edition. The course now utilizes park trails instead of streets. Participants should be prepared for icy trail conditions, especially on shaded areas and bridges. There is ample parking in two large lots, with traffic adjustments for children's races. Portable restrooms are available, though lines can be expected. No race day registration is offered; all registration is completed online in advance.
