The Resolution Run to Kick Cancer is an annual endurance event held in Lexington, Massachusetts, featuring a fast, flat course starting and ending at Lexington High School. The event welcomes both runners and walkers, with options for in-person and virtual participation. Awards are given to top overall finishers, cancer patients and survivors, age group winners, and teams. Proceeds support cancer research and patient support programs, while also promoting healthy lifestyles in the community. Participants who register by the deadline receive a long-sleeve technical t-shirt. Race results are provided via text, email, and online postings.
