The course showcases the charm of Dymchurch’s promenade, with wide open views and the soothing sound of the waves never far away. Starting on the Sea Wall opposite the Beach Café Bar, the route heads west towards St Mary’s Bay before looping back past the start. Runners then continue east along the promenade for another out-and-back section before returning to finish on the Sea Wall.
