The Annual 5K Brave Run is a Boone High School community event organized by the Boone High School Athletic Association. Open to both runners and walkers, the race starts at the Boone stadium and passes through nearby neighborhoods. Participants can register individually or as part of a group, with medals awarded to the top three male and female student finishers. Virtual participation is available. A portion of registration fees for ages 14 and up can support a chosen Boone team or club, with additional spirit awards given to teams based on registration numbers. Packet pick-up and parking are available on campus.
