The League hosts an annual 5K and Fun Run at the St. Augustine Lighthouse to support local non-profit organizations and service projects. The event features a chipped 5K race, also serving as a qualifier for the Gate River Run, and a Fun Run for children. Activities for kids include face painting and arts and crafts. An awards ceremony follows the race, with the top three participants in each age group receiving awards. Participants can enjoy climbing the lighthouse tower for free. Parking is available nearby, and registration is required, with non-refundable entry fees.
