The Holy Redeemer Cardinal 5K and Fun Run is an endurance sports event held in spring, attracting participants of all ages. Runners navigate a scenic route through Rock Creek Park and the Rock Creek Highlands neighbourhood, facing a notable hill challenge. Following the 5K, the little ones can challenge themselves in the Half Mile Fun Run, with all participants receiving medals. A post-race gathering is held in the Church parking lot, featuring refreshments and entertainment. The event supports Holy Redeemer Catholic School.
