Organised by Merthyr Running Club, this event challenges athletes with a course that primarily follows road and tarmac surfaces, incorporating sections of the Trevithick Trail and the Taff Trail, as well as a small segment of trail terrain. The start and finish are located at Merthyr College, where athletes can take advantage of baggage drop and toilet facilities. With a 4-hour cut-off time, participants can push their limits and aim for a strong finish.
