The Farm Road 5K Challenge is an annual event that raises funds for The Overcoming Adversity Scholarship, which aids SAU student-athletes with disabilities. Founded by Briston and Carley Rains, both former SAU cross-country and track and field athletes, the scholarship was established in 2022, inspired by Carley’s experience as a student-athlete living with a disability.
