The South Boston St. Patrick's Day Race is a long-standing community event held in Boston’s South Boston neighborhood. The race brings together runners and spectators to celebrate community spirit and support the Edgerley Family South Boston Boys & Girls Clubs, with proceeds benefiting youth development and teen programs. Participants receive a shirt inspired by the Dropkick Murphys. Since1940, the event promotes health, making a positive impact in the local community.
