The Chris "CJ" Johnson Foundation hosts an annual run/walk event to support its mission. Established in memory of Chris Johnson, the foundation focuses on raising awareness, educating, and advocating for individuals with sickle hemoglobinopathies at risk for renal medullary carcinoma (RMC). It also supports RMC research. This community event allows participants to join in-person at Sugar Land, Texas, or virtually from anywhere. Registration contributes to the foundation's goal of eliminating health disparities and finding a cure for RMC through advocacy, education, and research.
