The Healthcare Heroes 5K Run is a free 5K run at NSA Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, hosted at the Riverview Fitness Center. It is open to active duty military, retirees, reservists, dependents, and DOD civilians. Post-race activities include food, an awards ceremony, and live music. Awards will be presented to the overall first place male and female finishers, as well as to the winners in men's and women's age groups.
