The Blue Ribbon Run, formerly known as the Embrace Race, is an endurance event that supports the Edmondson Telford Child Advocacy Center. Proceeds benefit the center’s work providing free forensic interviews and medical examinations for child abuse victims in Hall and Dawson Counties, and coordinating cases with local agencies. Participants receive a race shirt, goody bag, and refreshments. The event serves as a qualifier for the Peachtree Road Race. The center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and ending trauma related to abuse.
