The Heart & Sole event along Santa Monica's coast celebrates love, fitness, and community. Participants can enjoy scenic courses with ocean views, regardless of whether they run solo, with a partner, or with friends. Runners receive a themed finisher medal upon completion. Organized by CaliFlow Runs, the event focuses on inclusivity and wellness, welcoming runners, walkers, and stroller users. The course is shared with others along the beach path and includes water stations and restrooms. Medals are awarded to the top three men and women in each race category.
