The Fidelity 5K Run and Walk, starts at the Bermuda Headquarters, Pembroke Hall on Crow Lane. Competitive runners can aim for overall male and female top honours in the 5K, with Age Group Prizes. Junior athletes aged 7-9 can compete in a dedicated 1.8K run, with awards for the top three male and female finishers. All 5K runners have the chance to claim first, second, and third-place spots in age categories. Competitive walkers also have a dedicated award for top male and female participants. Athletes representing schools can help their institution win an award for the most student participants. All finishers and volunteers qualify for draw prizes—just be present during the award ceremony for a chance to win. After the finish line, bring a blanket and recover in Fidelity’s garden, where refreshments are available for participants during the prize presentations. The event supports the Family Centre through donations.
