The family-friendly Calvert County Community Partners Hot for Chocolate 5K is held at Jefferson Patterson Park. The event supports the Project ECHO and the Friends of Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum. These organizations promote, respectively, emergency shelter and supportive housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, and educational programming. Enjoy a race followed by a festival featuring music, food, and hot chocolate.
