The Winter Haven Police Department hosts a 5k event to benefit Special Olympics Florida, Inc., a charitable organization. The course will take place in downtown Winter Haven, starting near the library and surrounding Lake Silver. Proceeds from the event will support the mission of Special Olympics Florida.
