The Shamrock 5K Run/Walk, organized by Coal Road CrossFit, features a 5K route and a Lil' Leprechaun run through Bel Alton, MD. Awards are given to top age group qualifiers and best St. Patrick's Day costume. A t-shirt and post-race buffet ticket are included with registration. The event benefits the When I'm Better Foundation, which funds research and supports families affected by DIPG/DMG. Race packets can be collected at Ape Hangers Bar & Grill, where post-race festivities, including food and entertainment, will be held.
