The Swamp Stomp features a run, walk, and fun run option on the trails of Hawthorn Park. The trails are typically well-maintained, but weather conditions can affect the terrain. The course will be marked and supported by volunteers. Preregistration is required for a shirt, with online registration available until race morning without a shirt guarantee. Awards include overall, age group, and walker categories, based on pre-registered participants. Competitive walkers should refrain from running to ensure fairness in the event.
