The 7-Mila is Sweden’s third-longest cross-country ski race and a true classic with a rich history. Covering three municipalities, the route traditionally begins in Vindeln, passes through Umeå, and finishes in Robertsfors. Participants can choose from multiple distances: 76 km, 42 km, 24 km, or 14 km. The 76 km and 42 km courses are seeding-eligible for Vasaloppet, making them especially popular among competitive skiers.
