Device Connections

Garmin Connect

Connect your Garmin account to automatically sync your activities. Go to Settings → Connections → Garmin to link your account.

Account & Privacy

  • Profile settings — Customize your profile, units, and preferences in Settings
  • Privacy controls — Control who can see your activities and profile
  • Data export — To export your data, please email us at support@rawa.world with your request
  • Delete account — To delete your account and all data, please email us at support@rawa.world with your request

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I upload a FIT file?

You can manually upload FIT files from your profile page. Click the upload button and select your FIT file to import the activity.

Why isn't my activity syncing?

Check that your Garmin connection is active in Settings → Connections. If the issue persists, try disconnecting and reconnecting your account.

How do I change my units (km/miles)?

Go to Settings → Preferences to switch between metric and imperial units.

Can I use RAWA without a GPS watch?

Yes! You can record activities using the mobile app or manually add activities.
