Weighted power smooths your power output to account for surges and coasting. A ride with lots of sprints and recovery will have a higher weighted power than average power, reflecting the true physiological cost.
Training load combines duration and intensity into a single number:
A value of 100 equals one hour riding at your threshold power.
Relative intensity is your weighted power divided by your threshold power:
Keep your threshold power up to date in Performance Settings for accurate values.
